Website of the Month 22

Today's website of the month is Maperitive. Maperitive is a free-to-use desktop application which can create images from OpenStreetMap data. While it can take a bit of getting used to, the program is fairly powerful. It allows the user to select exactly which features should be drawn, and how they should appear; it can be used to create anything from OSM-style maps to national outlines like those found on Wikipedia. Maperitive also supports automation via scripts and its command-line interface.
